Meeting was held via telephone with the following board members present:

President Ernst van Waning did not call a meeting to order since no
quorum of members was present.

Discussed:

  - Whether Franz backs up bibop.

  Ernst will:

  - call Howard Shrobe tomorrow to show sign of life and ask him if he
    is willing to hold the position of General Chair;

  - communicate with you on a more preonal level to get things moving

  - prepare an agenda for next week that reflects the actual state of
    affairs

  - make sure my email gets out before I shut down my computer
