The conference will be providing breaks and lunches, as per
the schedule.  We don't have any flexibility on these; everybody
gets the same alternatives.

Then there is the banquet.  Here, we can try asking the hotel
for special meals.  It's a large, high-end hotel so I'm hopeful
that they can come through.  Please let me know about
any special food requirements such as vegetarian, vegan,
or kosher.  (If it's just a food allergy, please take care
of that with the hotel yourself, since I won't be able
to track all that.)
