When we asked on the registration form whether you wanted to
sign up for the ilc09-attendees mailing list, we promised that the
mail volume would be low, since it would only be some
announcements about the conference.

Since the conference ended, there has been some interest in using
the list as a discussion group.  However, we feel it isn't appropriate
to turn the list into a potentially high-volume discussion list, since
we promised that the traffic would be low.

For the time being, if you have an announcement that you'd like
to send to the list, please send it to me or to ilc09-organizing-committee,
and we'll redistribute it.

Also, consider posting on ilc2009.scheming.org.
